Fosamax "Bellweather Case" Trials: Updated Scheduling Orders

Judge Keenan will incidentally name an particular Fosamax box -- to add to his hearing calendar -- upon Feb 1, 2010, as a deputy "bellweather" case, given a Fleming box was dismissed.
